Returns Returns are accepted up to thirty days from the shipment of merchandise. merchandise must be in unused condition with all applicable tags and packaging. customer pays shipping on a return and we will gladly exchange merchandise at no charge. manufacturer defects also must adhere to the 30 day limit. it is highly recommended to send packages "signed receipt" or some other traceable method. Items That Cannot be Returned / Exchanged / Canceled - Pool Equipment (lane lines, water polo goals, etc...), Team Items (Suits, Shirts, Caps, Parkas) that have been customized in any way.

REFUNDS refunds can only be granted to the original method of payment. shipping and handling is non refundable. refunds will show on the next credit card billing cycle following receipt of merchandise.

Shipping - We ship using UPS, USPS and Fedex.

International Orders - International orders are accepted. International shipping and handling will be researched and quotes will be e-mailed for approval prior to shipping. taxes, duties, and customs fees are responsibility of the receipient.
